Our products：
●Heat stabilizer for PVC (Hydrotalcite)
- Application in PVC: PVC has the advantages of flame retardancy, chemical resistance, good mechanical strength and electrical insulation but with poor heat resistance. At 130 ℃, PVC begins to decompose and change color, precipitates HCl, which makes the color of PVC change from white to yellow, then from yellow to brown, and finally to black. Adding proper amount of hydrotalcite can inhibit the generation of HCl and improve the thermal stability and service life of PVC.
- Application in agricultural film: adding proper amount of hydrotalcite to agricultural film can improve its heat preservation, light transmittance, enhance mechanical strength and prolong service life.
●Halogen free flame retardant（Mg(OH)2）
Through mechanical mixing, it is dispersed into the polymer, and endows the polymer with flame retardancy through heat-absorbing reaction. At the same time, it can reduce smoke emission of the polymer. Mg(OH)2 itself is non-toxic and has no secondary pollution.
●MgO for electromagnetic steel plate
-MgO suspension is coated on the surface of de-carburized and annealed steel plate to make MgO react with SiO2 layer on the surface of steel plate to form Mg2SiO4 insulating layer, so that the electromagnetic steel plate can obtain good processability and excellent magnetic properties.
